Tall Textured 60's/70's? Art Vase Empty Tall Textured 60's/70's? Art Vase

I found this a while ago, I really like it but there's no mark to id. I haven't cleaned the base and there is the faint outline of a sticker which was once there.
German maybe, Purbeck-ish? although I don't know if the quality of the decoration is up to that.
Can anyone help please?

The base looks typical of Asian/Far Eastern imports
