Bill Winstanley Jug
I'm thinking of selling on a few pots and one of them is proving difficult to find any information on. It's marked with a sticker on the base(Bill Winstanley, 18 Stetchworth Drive, Worsley, Manchester) and a 'w' in a circle stamped just under the handle.
It's id is Bill Winstanley, but I cannot find much else about him or any of his pottery on the web and he's not in the book. Could anyone tell me anything about him please.

Re: Bill Winstanley Jug
Found a couple of other pieces but no Bio. He may have been operating in the last 10-20 years in his retirement but not bothered with the Internet.

Re: Bill Winstanley Jug
Hi, I recently found these post and thought I would respond. Bill Winstanley is my Dad. As a potter he practiced for many years through the 1980’s 90’ and into the 2000’s but has since retired. He will be 90 next year. He is still available to be contacted through the information found on the sticker on the base of his pots. Both of those pots are made by Bill Winstanley, the second pot is stoneware Naomi. Hope this helps.
