Small dish, incised glazed geometric border. Signed Anne? - Arne Bang?

Exquisite small dish 6 1/2" diameter, with geometric glazed incised decoration. (reminds me of Mary Rich's designs)
Inscribed signature could be anne or annie, or even arnie? Thought this one would be straightforward but drawn a blank so far.
Can anyone enlighten me? thanks
