Just a pure guess, it's green and and the signature looks as if it says giani

It does have that look I associate with modern Italian cookware. It's very clean and I would guess reasonably new. A flick through the online ranges of a few designer kitchen stores will probably get you a name.

I was thinking the first two letters of the top line were la as in french la something, but I see where you are coming from with the giani bit!
