Seems to be by a Jim Holham for Liberty.

I think you'll find that its a piece made for sale at Libertys in London

Found very similar one for sale on ebay UK. Search for Jill Holland as I am too new to be able to use a link. I have two pieces also signed as by her for Liberty and wanted to know more about her. I got an email and have written to ask if she is the artist of mine. These on Ebay look like the OPs though.

Yes she said my bowl and jug were made in Cornwall in the early 1990s inspired after a visit to Morocco.

The Key word is LIBERTY. They are a very posh department store in Regent street in London. Who besides upmarket fashion, also specialised in high end craft items. Think Lalique glass and the like. They dabbled in Studio pottery and this would have probably been commissioned by them.

Yes being British born and bred but having now lived in the US for many years it was our favorite shop in London. I bought these pieces elsewhere though.
