Christine McCole and Roger Brann. Hafod Hill Pottery, Llanboidy Wales
A beautifully made small jug. Near the base it has Llanboidy stamp in simple lettering. When I picked it up I thought it was a Muchelney stamp.
I can't find much about this pottery or who owned or worked there...a potter who must be known by the quality of this, surely.
I couldn't find a Llanboidy thread on the forum, could simply be missing it. Can anyone help please?

Re: Christine McCole and Roger Brann. Hafod Hill Pottery, Llanboidy Wales
According to The Book, it was run by Christine McCole and Roger Brann. They either moved to the Hafod Hill Pottery, or maybe Hafod Hill was just an alternative name for the Llanboidy Pottery. The Hafod Hill website seems to have been taken down but I did find this:
Hafod Hill Pottery was set up in 1980 by Christine McCole (the potter) and Roger Brann (the potter's assistant).
...
Christine trained at Harrow, and was determined to make wood fired stoneware.
...
Christine is a Professional Member of the Craft Potters Association.

I didn't look very thoroughly in the book, apologies for that
Thanks for researching the extra information.
Christine explains the quality.
