Tremar?
When I saw this car I thought Tremar, but it's handbuilt rather than moulded, and dated 2001 but Tremar closed in the 80s. Did anyone from Tremar continue making one offs?

Re: Tremar?
I agree it looks very like Tremar.
However, a possible answer ????...... I see it's been made into a commemorative for a visit to Malta. I have a ceramic boot that I've had for a few years and like too much to get rid of as it so beautifully modelled. Earthenware and marked ' Potterware ' Malta. It's a bit unusual rather like your car and was wondering if they came from the same place.
The pottery seems to have been around since 1978 but concentrates on restaurant ware, name plates and drain covers !! I suppose it could be possible that they produced other types of items at some point.
I guess you have looked to see if there is a possible mark on base , or would it mean removing it from the plinth?

Re: Tremar?
Your boot reminds me of my cats which I posted on another thread :)
I had a look on the underside of the car but it's unmarked. There might be a mark under the glue but it's epoxy and I don't think I'd be able to get it off without damaging the car. I wonder if it was made earlier than 2001 and just used as a gift.
