Couldn't really nail this one down but should be identifiable from the decoration I would imagine

There's a Winifred Rawsthorne in the book with an incised RW monogram, but this looks like PW

Agreed, it does look very like Winthorn Pottery / Winifred Rawsthorne, or - at a push - Rachel Warner if the loop in the R was rounded, rather than angular. The decoration maybe looks too modern to be the latter.
