Hi

Pleasing enough bowl but with a very interesting foreign mark in so much as a recessed oblong section is impressed in the base and the painted foreign mark added inside.

I've not seen this style on it before and I know we have debated which countries had the foreign mark placed on their ceramics before but looks Italian rather than Japanese to me.

I don't think it's Italian because almost all the ones I've seen have a handwritten 'Italy' . I think it's more likely to be a Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese factory piece
