Yes, hard to tell. May be a D. Looks like it got stamped twice.

No, sorry. Looks a little bit like Lacock Pottery glaze, but not the right mark.
Edited to add, also looks similar to Lyndon Thomas's T mark but his isn't in a hexagon shaped stamp
