There's one like it on live auctioneers listed as 1950s Italian, but no mark

Yes, Quimper amongst others did them. Just not seeing these particular floral designs, and each French one had their own set of designs so it's possible it's an Italian copy

just heard the decor is "Montpellier" and a suggested maker Henri Delcourt at boulogne sur mer

I'm not sure. I've found several in the same shape and bird but different colours and floral designs and none typical of Delcourt's

Montpellier decor was made in Desvres, but usually marked.
