Pottery Barrister Frog / Toad - Swan or LJ Mark - John Turrell

Hello Everyone

i have this unusual and very well modelled Frog Barrister reading a book on law, there is a signature which to me looks like a swan however i may be wrong.

the only Barrister figures i can find are well known ones by Chelsea and in my opinion this isnt.

Chelsea was my first thought too

I wonder if its the sort of quirky piece Roger Law might have done? or Ruth and Alan Barrett-Danes?

a few potters copied the styke of Chelsea and even made barristers

this Frog certainly is of Quality little details in the Wig and around the eyes haven't been picked up by the camera quite as well as in real life.
