I've just bought this, but can't find any info about the potter. Probably French. Have found a couple of other ebay listings, one of a souvenir piece for a place in Normandy. Any ideas? Y. Le Mieux – anyone know this potter? S-l16012

Someone in a French forum gives his name as Yves Le Mieux of Turgis in Calvados, but without further details or sources:
