It looks like a modern reproduction of a Tudor Green tankard. The original probably came from Ripley Castle, and it could have been made for a reenactment society or simply to stage the scene at the Castle. There are a number of potteries making medieval copies, e.g. Trinity Court Pottery and John Hudson. Maybe they will know who made it, or contact the castle itself.

But would it be glazed inside as well as outside for a repro

I agree with what Naomi has said and see know reason why it wouldn't have been done properly i.e. glazed inside and out.

No reason not to glaze the inside unless they weren't intending to use it; they'd need to make it waterproof
