There is a mark but it's disappeared into the glaze.

Looks French or Belgium to me. The stamp looks like it has T and E in it.

A bit more research done and I am thinking perhaps Fulper? If you look at the mark the other way up. Now it may well be (and probably is) a chinese copy/fake. I'm thinking that the glaze has run into the base and the mark - as in the attached.
