It's something good but I don't know which potter. Has a Troika, Hudson, Wallwork, Rooke, etc feel to it, but I don't know if the last three ever used white clay. Harmony Pottery, Cornwall, is also possible.

Tremaen also used typefaces for decoration.
Tolcarne would be another possibility.

Looking at the letters I'm making out HUGO DUW at the base and stem and COLE around the flower shape - but cant find any links to this name?
