Large tenmoku jar no makers marks help needed with I.D please
Hello I bought a box of pottery and in amongst the pots was this lovely ginger jar? really large and heavy and unfortunately the lid has a chip and a repair. There are no makers marks, but the brushwork is quite distinctive and I wondered if anyone recognised the artist? measures approx 10" high and I'm assuming its British. TIA.

A bit of a mucky foot rim which makes me think it's either a Second or a hobby potter or an Asian import. The lid looks British, though, but the white clay rules out a lot of the usual suspects.
