Continental basket
An earthenware basket with unusual cross loop handles. Little girl walking (or dragging?) a dog, shiny glaze contrasting with the more dull dark green speckled ground. The printed mark didn't take well so is unreadable, hand-painted pattern number. I'm guessing it's from the Low Countries, France or Germany - anyone suggest a maker, please? Diameter 13cm.

Re: Continental basket
Purely on the clothes I'd say Dutch, but Scandinavian or Hummel-Gobels pottery likely

Base reminds me of 1920-30s Belgium Art Pottery

Re: Continental basket
Its by Stellmacher Teplitz. The enamelled children are a dead give away. Austrian (now the Czech republic). Often described as Amphora, about 1910-1920.
