I'm sure I have seen these on here before, but the mark is so glazed over I'm not sure where to start.

Looks like a flower mark. Not one I've come across before. Tbh the paint job looks like it was done on a blank in a craft session

It could be a tree mark.
Wonder if it's Roger Cockram? he did do some colourful stuff.

That base is very Dartington. No idea on the mark but the white clay and the wavy lines remind me of their stuff
