It does seem to be a Gres Keramis vase but without his signature I don't think you can say it's by Charles Catteau. It doesn't have the same incised slip decoration that is typical of his designs. I assume they had other designers at the factory over time. This one seems to bear the monogram TH. and a higher D number than Catteau's pots, so I think it's a later designer.
