Sadly the mark on this one is glazed over but the handle is pretty distinctive, any ideas on maker?

The mark is a little out of focus when I zoom in. Would help to have a close up photo of it.

The mark is really glazed over. it could be a R but there is very little definition left as the area is full of glaze.
