An unmarked piece but I liked it so picked it up. Could have been unmarked by mistake or came with a marked up larger tea coffee service.
A pleasing little chap approximately 7 cm high.

It might be a South of England potter because of the white clay, but I'm not seeing any similarities with Rye or St Ives, sorry.
