It looks like the mark says RHW. But I can't find anything. Could be early.

Tbh I was just going on the style of mark. Staffordshire or a 20thC studio potter are just as likely

I think the Humpty Dumpty song was written in the late 18th C and became very popular (around the world) in the late 19th. So I thought Victorian or Edwardian. I am still looking at the mark.
