At Konakovo in Tver province. Dating back to the early 19th century, and renamed "Farforovyi Zavod Imeni Kalinina" after Mikhail Kalinin in 1919.

Bear on a wheel, 13.5cm high, marked with an abstracted leafy branch over two wavy lines and the letters "ЗиК", in green; with "MADE IN USSR" in red.
