Anyone for strawberries?
The lady who sold this to me called it a "Strawberries and cream plate" and I can see why she would think that. Having googled a bit I am not sure that she is right but it is a grand little thing especially with the little cream jug . I don't know who made it as it is not marked on the base of either piece but it looks quite "Doultony".
Does anyone recognise the pattern or know who the maker is?
The Reg no of 792721 was registered in 1934 so it is amazing that the two are still together.

If you search for "reg no 792721" on google you'll find similar items, there is a mention of a 'FOLEY B & K' mark on an item with the same registration. Which might be Barker & Kent perhaps...
This might be for a child judging that some examples have nursery rhymes on them but i could be wrong.
