I was thinking this might be Ben Barker but I have a piece by him and it's not like this, early piece maybe?

He did use a BB mark like this according to the Marks book but you'd have to ask him if this is his old mark

I asked Ben and it's not his. However I have found a mark by a ex-thrower at Poole who's mark is identical - wonder if it could be her personal work. Beatrice Bolton.
