Hornsea bird? Empty Hornsea bird?

Someone is listing an identical piece on eBay and has described it as a Marion Campbell goose - looks more like a cormorant or similar. Anyone able to say whether or not this is Hornsea / Ulrome, please? DD - this is your department!

I've come across a lot of similar birds of varying sizes and neck lengths which I've tried to ID but not been able to. I don't think any of them are Hornsea or Ulrome; the bases are wrong.

It's very similar to the Beswick crane model, which is always wrongly attributed to
Colin Melbourne.
