ID please green/white stripes

Please ID this little teapot with cup and saucer. There's an impressed mark as well as a printed number, but I can't see it.  Thank you.

Wow that was quick! Thank you. Art Deco era?

Next impressed mark looks like "MADE IN ENGLAND", it's upside down in the first photo. Judging from the first number (3) and the 'MADE IN ENGLAND' mark, I guess somewhere around 1910-1923. If you can make out the third impressed letter (the year mark) i might be able to give you a more exact date.

I'll have another look tomorrow when the light MAY be better; it's SO dark here today, and cold! That photo is not helped by the fact I have the light on. Do you have a tip for being able to decipher the indecipherable? (Is that a real word)? I'll be back tomorrow!
