I can't find these marks as a pair. That perhaps David Lane or early David Leach (long shot).

It's the 'not-Peter-Lane' mark (see another example below). Not sure it's been identified; looks similar to Dennis Lane's mark in the Marks book, which says he made a small amount of porcelain.
