Exactly what it says on the base

I'm keeping this as it has 3 or 4 chips to the rim
But I'm curious Graham Newing is the potter coming up on google searches but I'd imagine more than one potter might be associated with the group?
Is it Grahams ?A W Gould & Graham Newing, Bull Mill Group, Crockerton Img_1632

The Marks book says Newing started the Ball Mill Pottery for Lord Weymouth at Longleat in 1967-69. Presumably it carried on after he left unless it was only hobby for Lord Weymouth or to supply items for the House or shop? I've seen several pieces recently but the wording on all of them looks like Bull Mill so I'm not sure of the correct spelling. There's no other mention in the book but the archivist at Longleat will hopefully know who was employed at the pottery back then.

Graham Newing's own website calls it Bull Mill. The phrasing certainly implies the group existed when he arrived:

Here's the current website:
http://www.bullmillarts.co.uk/

A quote here mentions a potter called A W Gould working at Bull Mill, Crockerton, from 1973:
