I thought I knew this mark, turns out I was wrong. Anyone know it?

I think it's Maltby's early domestic ware from Stoneshill Pottery.

Best to photograph with the window behind you, otherwise the camera adjusts for the extra light and the pot is underexposed, and that side is in shadow.

I don't think it is a Maltby (Stoneshill Pottery) as the "S" is completely different to the mark I am familiar with.

There is Michael Cartwright's Spike Pottery in the marks book but I dont have an example. But it looks most like one of Maltby's SP mark (see 2 examples below); he had several versions over the years
