2 Italian Tiles with Monogram Empty 2 Italian Tiles with Monogram

2 framed Tiles depicting traditionally dressed characters, tiles are Italian made. There is what appears to be a monogram on each tile but I can't decipher it. My initial thought was San Marino but I can't find anything similar. Help!!
