Been unable to find this boat like mark and letters online. There's a similar plate with a plain green background but the link doesn't seem to show who it's by. Does anyone know who it could be? Thanks

The only person who will be able to help you is Walter Del Pellegrino at the Italian Pottery Marks forum. He can sometimes tell German Period makers from their decoration style. Its a very specialist topic, most people have not heard of Max Malamerson, Vietri Sul Mar, MACS, ICS and the Amalfi coast. It's also very fractious an there are many unidentified marks so good luck
