Libra Pendant marked Willingford Pottery??? Empty Libra Pendant marked Willingford Pottery???

I recently found this pendant in a box of junk jewellery, does anyone know anything about it? It says Willingford Pottery on the back but I can't find the place, let alone the pottery studio!!

It could be a surname, but it's not in the British Studio pottery marks book. Maybe it's from the US?
