I may have found an answer - this glaze is abarrently really similar to the Alberta Glaze that American Potter (Annie Jennings Uses) the rim looks almost the same... what do you think?

Not sure where you are located but this mark tends to pop up in the Midlands quite often, I have a number of pieces and never been able to ID them.

Reminds me of some early Tim Andrews pots, but the mark is not right, may be worth asking, but probably a long shot.
