Is the last phrase in that stamp 'MADE IN DEVON'? If so, combined with the rather reddish iron rich nature of the Earthenware might well put it in that group of tourist ware classified as 'Torquay Pottery' or such like. A large number of potteries in South Devon in particular made a great deal of pottery over many years, and many styles, sold as tourist souvenir items.

Can't make out if it's Devon or not.
Could be Tormohun (Longpark). or just Torquay pottery.

Can't find that mark in the Torquay book.
