Info appeal on artist & architecture in watercolours by Olivos

Has anyone come across work by this artist before please? They clearly have an afinity with architecture and understand chiaroscuro, perspective and shorthand detailing to depict architecture, so much so that I'm wondering if they are in fact works by an architect or architectural student. In internet search of the signature "Olivos" has brought up nothing so far. Can anyone definitively pinpoint the style of architecture depicted and which (European I think) country they are from? Both are approx 16" x 12". Thanks
