ID on this vase?
Hi, bought a vase but who’s Phil RSA? Or is it just some students work? Either way I like it.

Lovely decoration. I’ve seen the bird motif on foreign pieces, but I can’t remember which country. I’m wondering if RSA is South Africa?

Thanks NaomiM. No idea where it’s from originally. Chickens decoration ( I’m assuming they’re chickens) look like the speckled Suffolk breed.
Does RSA stand for Royal society of arts? Are they known for ceramics?

Your vase looks premoulded, so Phil is likely to be the decorator. Maybe a Free Trade community crafts product.
