Bowl with very clear PV mark Empty Bowl with very clear PV mark

Asking for a friend. A well-potted bowl with a very clear mark which might be TPV or might (the other way round) be DL with a little hat on.

Looks vaguely familiar but I can't spot it in the book.

Lol! Closest mark I’ve seen is Stephen Pearce pottery from Ireland which has a P and separate arrow mark as a date stamp, but very different pottery
Edit WD to add, there’s a New Zealand potter with a similar mark but the NZ group says it’s not his mark
