Hi hope everyone is ok. I braved the UK slush today and found this one.
I have looked in the BSPM and keep coming back to John Shelly but from what I can see he had a stamp - this is clearly scratched, but not that clearly
Any pointers would be appreciated

Not sure it's his mark but David Alexander made similar dishes.
