It is a copy of a Persian Iznik design likely to have been made in Turkey. Still being made so I can’t give you a specific date for it, but I expect it’s from the latter half of the 20thC

Sorry, I don’t know. It looks like a significant building in a town, so i would expect it to be a location mark rather than a potter’s mark.

I can see exactly where you're coming from with Honiton but the mark's not right and nor (in my opinion) is the decoration. From what little I know about the pottery, Charles Collard took inspiration from Iznik ceramics (one Honiton pattern is called Persian, for example). I think that Naomi's probably correct with her attribution.
