I’m assuming it’s Welsh but there doesn’t seem to be much info about the potter

Intriguingly the maiden name of the painter John Piper's wife was Mfanwy Evans. John Piper of course was involved with a ceramic collaboration with Geoffrey Eastop for many years. They lived at Fawley Bottom. I wonder if there is any connection?

I wondered that too but couldn’t find any reference to his wife dabbling in ceramics and these are too well potted to be by a dabbler
