C.P. Peacey, Pennine pottery (Derbyshire).
Pennine pottery (Derbyshire), not to be confused with Pennine
pottery Alston Cumbria qv., was based in Heanor Derbyshire as I
remember back in the 1980s.
The bits I have seen are all terracotta, with what looks like a
tin-glaze, and colourful brushwork. Usually the bases are
unglazed with a black ink stamp "Pennine pottery", however
these examples have a glazed base and an additional mark:
"handcrafted by C. P. Peacey".
