Mystery slipware dish - Mike Foster? Empty Mystery slipware dish - Mike Foster?

Finely thrown bowl with sgraffito and slip decoration. Incised mark, can't read the name but I'm seeing MF.
14cm diameter. Bought in Sussex. British?

I wonder if it’s an early Mike Foster piece, but only based on the decoration, and mark might be MF. The clay, though, is different. Otherwise it could be from Europe; Spain maybe?
