A long shot i know...but does anyone recognize the maker of this ceramic pot...?

The mark does look like the one of a hobby potter unfortunately.

I think it’s Ruth Bradbury. Came across a similarly pierced piece recently, with a label and inscribed RB monogram

I think you are right Naomi and that the maker is Ruth Bradbury from Leicester!

It is a beautifully glazed piece and i will look out for more of her work!
