Could it be Jane Forrester? The circular mark is similar to her Bandon pottery mark.
That is the only info I can come up with on the net.
Maybe these are before she set up Bandon pottery.

Confirmed it’s by Jane Forrester. She initially started potting in the UK in the 60s before moving to Ireland in the 70s where I believe she worked for a time at Courtmacsherry Pottery and then set up Bandon Pottery in Enniskeane, Co. Cork, Republic of Ireland which continues to this day.
