It looks new so best to check on the Gotheborg website of Chinese and Japanese Marks. Most Chinese marks are copies of older ones, or fakes, so we need to see the whole pot.

i would go modern transfer print but I have ( often ) been wrong before

Agreed, relatively modern - the shiny glaze and paler blue decoration point to that. Probably hand coloured. And it looks like a printed factory mark.

Nice piece especially like the inner fish, but agree modern and transfer print which you can see by the checking the registration (or failure of the transfer to register) on every second maze/key pattern motif around the rim

The other thing about Chinese marks is that copying a pot and also the mark from an older piece was seen as paying homage and not trying to rip anyone off. The assumption being that the potential buyer would know that it was brand new. Basically, the mark is irrelevant for identification purposes when deciding where it was made, by whom and when.
