Superb dragon plate incised pattern

Every so often as you search for the Imperial vase, something makes you stop and go ' wow, thats nice'. Well. this happened to me the other day as I spied this 11" x 11" plate in my local charity shop. I think it is really something special but I cant find a mark to give me a hint as to who made it. There is some light crazing so I would say it has a few years of age behind it. Any pointers appreciated as I need more of this pottery in my life!

That is lovely. Can't think of any British potter in that style tho.
