I have acquired this pretty figurine which is badly damaged. It is marked Germany 19627.

Not my area, but Google "German Fairing" and you should find more info on this sort of thing.

Looks like a 1920s-30s piece. Victorian one’s would have a handwritten number. Possibly by Conta & Boehme
