E-bay purchase in our village. Markings seem to be 43 20. Handerbeit and a gold/yellow "foreign"stamp

Having looked at the thread I realise I may have distorted the evidence by enhancing the bottom view to make the stamps readable but altering the apparent colour of the clay. Here is the base as it is in real life!! Thanks
